1. Installation method:

Derust the furnace plate → weld the module bolts to the furnace wall plate → take out the module → screw the module guide rod onto small end of screw rod → pass the module through guide rod along central hole and leaning on furnace plate → screw the nut onto screw rod with a special wrench → screwing off the guide rod → install other modules in turn → take out the module central plastic tube → dismantle the module strapping belt → compress the installing compensation blanket → install the next row of folding module.

2. Installation requirements:

◎ The welding position of anchor bolts must be precise, and any deviations must be strictly controlled.

◎ The backing layer should be installed first, followed by the construction of the fiber module.

◎ The furnace top module should be installed before the furnace wall.

◎ The furnace wall module should be installed from bottom to top.

◎ Modules are often arranged in a uniform “soldier line” pattern, and after installing a row of modules, the compensation blanket should be compressed and laid as specified.

◎ The connections between the top and the walls, as well as between walls, should be compressed and lined with compensation blankets.

3. Surface finishing:

◎ After installation, the folding module should be carefully inspected. Any gaps wider than 5 mm should be filled with compensation blankets.

◎ After filling the fiber blanket, flatten the folding module’s surface with a square wooden board.
