[ Product Description ]
Ceramic fiber special-shaped part
The products are made of high quality ceramic fiber wool and vacuum forming process. The shaped parts are all shaped products required to meet the specific production links of certain industrial sectors, whose shapes and sizes require the production of special abrasives, and customized binders and additives are selected according to the performance requirements of the products to meet the requirements of use. All shaped products have low shrinkage over their service temperature range and remain highly insulating, lightweight and impact resistant. Unburned material is easily cut or machined. In service, the products have good resistance to abrasion and spalling and are not attacked by most molten metals.
General Properties: The physical and thermal properties of the various profiles are generally similar to those of the corresponding grade of vacuum formed panels. Special treatment: If required, vacuum forming hardeners or refractory clay can be applied to the profiles as a protective layer.
